Extrusion, coextrusion of polyester braided fiber reinforced hoses
by knitting and spiraling

Development of extrusion lines:

- putting in line extrusion, knitting and covering extrusion of larges reinforced PVC hoses
(diameters 50 et 75 mm ),
- putting in line covering extrusion, winding and packaging of Tricoflex garden hoses
for consumer.

Realization and adjustments of equipments:

- development of maind core and covering extrusions,
- design of technical flexible PVC hoses based on 50% of recycled scraps,
- optimization of burst for knitted hoses,
- study and realization of size mesuring without contact.
