- development, schedule of conditions, putting a asset to the amount for a hollow profile
polycarbonate sheets extrusion line in 2,1 meters width for a new U.S.A. Plant,
- development, schedule of conditions, realization and intallation of a hollow profile
polypropylene sheets extrusion line in 2,5 meters width, training of operators, starting,
- starting 2,1 meters width PC hollow profile extrusion line,
- starting and adjustement extrusion dies and calibrators of two extrusion line for drains.

Realization and adjustment of equipments:
- adjustment of polycarbonate hollow profile sheet coextrusion,
- realisation of a dosing mixer without segregation for materials with variable bulk density,
- automation of sequenced starting for extrusion lines,
- optimization of out put calibrator effect for hollow profile,
- automation of geométric set up for large sheet ( 2,5 meters width ) conformators
- realization of a cutting and stacking system for 6 pieces in the width,
- optimization of a stabilization oven ( flatness and deletion of tension),
