optimization of handling system for Akylux factory,
- business plan and study of:
. polycarbonate hollow profile sheet extrusion factory in U.S.A.,
. polyester fiber extrusion factory,
- realization of thermoforfming factory (classe 100 000)
- study and realization of 8000 M² bulding fire protection by sprinklers

Extrusion ancillary equipments:
- for plastic granulates installation of: 21 silos ( 55 M3 each), automatic transport and
loading for 7 extruion lines, dosing and mixing of raw materials, regrinded materials,
master batch ....,
- Installation of 800 and 150 Kg/h polycarbonate dessicator for virging and crushed
materials,
- Installation of (300 000 frigories) cooling water, close loop water distribution system,
air distribution system,
- installation of schredders and crushers for PE/PP/PET laminated sheets and PC hollow
profiles,
- realization of in line heterogeneous scraps recycling on extrusion lines,

Semy and finished products handling and storage:
- realization of a 350 t automatic handling and stacking system for large PC sheets ( 8 x 2.1 meters ans various thickness ) with automatic palletizer of customers orders.
